Listen to Erathoniel ranting on and on in good ol' conservative Christian fashion.
Three in One
Published on May 2, 2008 By erathoniel In Religion

God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are the Trinity. They are joined in consciousness, although they are three seperate entities. They are one being in the physical sense. They are not vengeful, do not grow angry, and are just and merciful. They will forgive any transgressions. They will send those who refuse them to Hell. They will take those who follow them, and only them, to Heaven. They are our conscience and the source of our souls. They created the universe.

Individually, God is the creator and source of miracles. He is the one who is above all.

Individually, Jesus is the savior and redeemer. He died for our sins, that we may be saved through faith.

Individually, the Holy Spirit gives us our conscience. It attempts to guide us along a path to Salvation.

They are not vengeful, do not grow angry

Pardon, but do you mean the Christian God?  The one who flooded the world, destroyed cities, let loose all kinds of hell in Egypt, who was all for killing the folk that didn't believe the same as the "chosen people" as someone who isn't vengeful or angry?

That God in the Bible is a vengeful, spiteful, angry, wrathful tyrant.  This whole groovy love thing was brought into being by Jesus..,but God's a real asshole.

I do mean the Christian God, who saved those who followed him and obeyed his word, and those who were willing to follow him.

The God of the Bible is the only true God, and Jesus is his Son sent to save so that the sacrifices could be left behind.

This is one of the most childish spiritual views I've seen.

In what way? If God created the Universe, why would there be others?
