Listen to Erathoniel ranting on and on in good ol' conservative Christian fashion.

Shadowrun: Infected

"I still wonder when the medicine will take its effect.
And the injection they made, it's all just left me the same.
It's hard to concentrate with echoes of your voice in my head.
From all you said, I'm still paralyzed.
But I'm almost out of breath from saying things that I'll regret.
My time is over, I can't do this alone.
I'm infected with you, pull the plug already.
Tell me before I go, that your infected with me."

- Demon Hunter

I haven't fed in days. The last time I ate I managed to catch a mage. Usually they're a little better, but he was no better than most. I had to chase him outside during the day, too. Now I'm burned all over. Should've just stayed inside. Then maybe I'd have had him wander back in later to hunt me. Living in this dark cesspit isn't too exciting, but as long as I'm safe, it'll do. When the next victim comes, I think I'll try a new strategy. One that involves a little more luring. Yes, that'll do. I'll get fewer burns that way. I can't have burns. Burns cause weakness. Burns can kill. The sun is my enemy.

Here the next victim comes. He's lacking in essence, but I want to test this strategy. He'll be good for that. Bring it on. Your bullets are worthless against me. He's charging, I must have made him mad. Or maybe he was insane before. Time to feed!

Can't hit me now, can you? Think you're so good? Think again! Now you die, machine! Using petty rubble against me? You are truly a fool! You die, right now! You're fast, I'll give you that.

And then the blow hit me, and my head flew across the room in a crimson arc, and my body fell, and my spine was broken, and I felt defeat for the last time.
