Ever wonder how to keep Windows running nice? I recommend using three tools.

First, I recommend using CCleaner. CCleaner cleans your registry (save a backup) and startup to allow your PC to boot faster. It can also free a dramatic amount of space by deleting temporary files (4% of my HDD on my PC). Second, I recommend Spybot Search and Destroy. It works really well to speed up your computer and helps privacy. Third, I recommend Defraggler. It defragments your files to make your PC run faster and more efficiently. CCleaner, Spybot, and Defraggler will help you keep your PC running well.

I have CCleaner, its a great program. Haven't used Defraggler before, what makes it superior to the defragger included in Windows XP by Microsoft?

Defraggler allows you to custom pick the files you want defragged. It also shows you exactly what files are fragmented. As a bonus, it is also MUCH faster than the MS defragger......

I happen to use all three of those products. They are great, and free.

Another great free program is Comodo's Firewall Pro.

I use Comodo Firewall Pro also.

I was simply listing things to speed the PC up, if you've had it a while and it's slowing down.
