Offense Inside!

    Movie Review- Iron Man

Iron Man is one of the best movies of 2008. It's got action, a decent plot, and a timeless tale of redemption. It starts out with the decadent Tony Stark, a rich son of a weapons tycoon being hit by an ambush. Once he realizes that the people ambushing him have his own weapons, he turns from a decadent leisure-boy into a one-man army. It's basically an explosion-filled action flick with a moral lesson behind it. Five @'s, for pulling too much handwaving at some parts. Not recommended for children under thirteen, due to language, violence, and a risque scene. It's the kind of thing I'd recommend skipping over some of the scenes of, but it'd be good for teaching morality otherwise.

    The Effects of Software Piracy

Ok, here's an article that I wrote last night in my mind, but put on page this morning. Ever wondered why you can't afford any Adobe Software? It's because a large amount of its user base is pirating it. Yes, you have to pay $700 for a $100 program, and it's worse if you want multiple programs. Why is it that you complain about having to pay so much for software? It's because you ruin it for the rest of us. Instead of getting a cheap, $70 box, we have to pay $700 because an underground community refuses to buy software because the price is too high because they pirated it. And, no, they are not exclusive. You can get Flash competitors.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormonism) Is A Cult

Quite frankly, Mormonism is a cult. It was founded by a leader with an ambition for personal gain who put himself in the highest positions. Offense meant, anyone who put himself in the place of Jesus is a vile, evil dog who deserves his name to be smitten. I'm open to someone proving me wrong here, but there's no evidence against what I say. Jesus lived a blameless life, Joseph Smith wrote a book of lies. All I'd give the Book of Mormon a read for is if I'm in the mood for Colonial Era fiction. It's the difference between the pure, blameless Son of God and a bunch of crap. Therefore, Mormonism is a decieved cult started by a man whose ambition outweighed his propriety and desire for eternal life. Or maybe he wanted to say that he earned it

Bzzzzt wrong, don't know how you got that idea. How about its because there packages are meant for professional developers who go on to use their software to make a profit? I must admit I laughed out loud at your comment there.

The "student" editions which exist for most of these kind of software are priced much more affordably for those who are just using it for fun / learning.

Ah, yes, but I'm not sure if I could qualify for "student" editions. Either way, $249 is still WAY too much. You can get shareware equivalents for as low as $25, and LiveSwif is free.
