Listen to Erathoniel ranting on and on in good ol' conservative Christian fashion.
Politics. How boring.

John McCain would make the best president for three reasons. He will get respect from foreign nations, he has all the necessary experience, and he will lead the nation through the turbulent times we face.

First, John McCain would make the best president because he will get respect from foreign nations. Our opponents are known to have racist and sexist members, and therefore having a female or African American president, while an important civil rights goal, is not best suited for our nation right now. Second, John McCain would make the best choices for America because he has the necessary experience. An ex-POW and an experienced politician, John McCain knows war and peace greater than any of the other candidates. Third, John McCain is the best presidential candidate because he will lead the nation through the dangerous times ahead safely. He knows what to do in an emergency due to his experience, and he is acceptable by all foreign nations.

John McCain is America's best Presidential Candidate because he can lead the nation through the dangers ahead, he is experienced, and will recieve respect from our opponents and allies alike.

It's the lesser of evil syndromes. It's not nice, but it's the best option.

It's like sending your army to fight the enemies head on and losing half (and yourself), or letting them hit you with a nuke (and losing all).

Though, then again, after a liberal, maybe people will vote conservative to get better politicians.

But it isn't even true if there are other choices. Or do you think the Republicans or Democrats have some "right" to your vote? If you don't like who the Republicans or Democrats are running, at least consider the other options. If you don't, you aren't voting, you're merely visiting a polling place for an emotional food pellet.

Heck, I'd vote for Condaleza Rice (forgive me, I'm not 100% sure on the spelling) before any of the candidates, because if G.W.B. can trust her, so can I (he being a man of faith and much wiser than myself). But G.W.B. is endorsing McCain, therefore the likely thing is that McCain is a man of integrity beyond any of the other candidates. I believe that Bush's faith is such that he would go bipartisan if he believed that the Democratic candidate was closer to God's will.

Erathoniel, nothing you have ever said in any article or comment has shown you to be more mindless and bereft of the ability of an original thought than this.  Are you saying that Bush was never wrong about anything?

what an embarrassment that you are an American.... or even a human being.

I believe Bush is a charlatan parading as a 'man of faith', concerned with his own welfare and his own interests long before giving a flying f*** about this country.

You, erath, are delusional if you believe otherwise.

Just give me a hit of whatever wacky weed you're smoking. Must be some potent crap . . .

Typical liberal tactic - you cannot have an opposing viewpoint, you can only somehow be mentally deficient.

Corrected.

And hey, Guy, don't talk about yourself like that.

I mean, we all know you're slow, but we try to keep that to ourselves. Your handlers requested it of us. We don't want to hurt your preshy feelings.

What an embarrassment that you have a keyboard. What an embarassment that you even call yourself a Christian.

He seems to be a good enough man to me.

@ SanCho: No, Dr Guy's right.

If you worship Bush to the point that you consider him infallible, then you have no place to question anyone's Christianity.

I don't consider him infallible. I just agree with him the vast majority of the time. So then, therefore, if he endorses John McCain, and he shares my views, and he knows McCain more than I do, why should I consider my tiny amount of knowledge better than his?

He endorses McCain for no other reason than they are both Republicans. McCain and Bush don't share many views, in fact, McCain made it a point to stand in the way of Bush whenever he could.

McCain has already shown his willingness to kiss up to even the most innane liberal concepts.

Face it, the coward retired his spine when he retired from the US Navy. He isn't a continuation of Bush, he's a lap dog to Pelosi and Reid.
