JoeUser and Firefox seem to be having falling outs with each-other when it comes to writing articles. Is it my plugin blend, or is there actually something causing the problem with base Firefox?

It's simple, easy, and has more novice-user available options than Illustrator does. Plus it's much more complex in what you can do, but easier to do what you want without any hassle.
